Experience

Dick has extensive experience in almost all areas of insurance defense, as well as coverage work, from discovery through trial and any appeals. Over the years he has successfully tried more than 25 cases to verdict involving various matters, including premises and product liability, motor vehicle accidents and construction-related injuries. Over the years he has also successfully resolved hundreds of cases by settlement. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association.
