Maggie has been defending individuals and organizations since 2003. Her practice is focused on construction defects, construction site injuries, toxic torts, personal injury and premises liability defense. She also has more than 20 years of experience defending doctors, hospitals and medical facilities in medical malpractice cases. Maggie's current practice is focused in Chicago and its collar counties, as well as toxic tort litigation in Madison County, Illinois. She has successfully tried cases before judges, juries and arbitration panels and represented clients in mediation.

Maggie is an active member of her local Parent Teacher Association, is active with her Village government, organizes community events, and enjoys acting as a team parent for her twin sons’ sporting activities.
