Jason Wagener

Experience

Jason has nearly thirty years of experience in the defense of general liability matters, defending construction companies following construction-related accidents, defending motor carriers following tractor-trailer accidents, and representing insureds of various carriers in the areas of auto liability and premises liability. Jason has a network of experts who can immediately respond to catastrophic accidents and perform immediate investigations and accident reconstructions. He also works with insurance carriers and their insureds on compliance with federal statutes and third-party employer liability. Jason has experience with high exposure lawsuits and has successfully defended clients in jury trials and bench trials. He has also resolved hundreds of cases through arbitrations and mediations. Jason is a member of the Chicago Bar Association is also a certified Cook County Arbitrator.
